I run an online business too and I know how difficult it can get sometimes to stay productive no matter what. Your tips definitely work because i use most of them in my daily life. One more idea that I could add to your great list is to stop being a perfectionist. The minute I included the phrase "Good is good enough" in my vocabulary I realized that life is really not that difficult and productivity is fun when I am not trying to reach perfection in each and every task.
